No. These are digital files only, designed for you to present your designs in a realistic and professional way.
After purchase, you’ll receive a download link via email or in your order history. Files are delivered instantly in a ZIP folder.
Some mockups work best with Photoshop/Photopea (PSD) using Smart Objects. Others come as ready-to-use PNG files for Canva. Check each listing for details.
File Formats & Usage
Most mockups come in PSD and PNG formats. PSD files often include Smart Objects for easy editing and the most realistic results in your work.
Not always. PSD files require Photoshop or Photopea (free software), but PNG files can be used in any image editing software, most in Canva.
The mockups are delivered as-is. In PSD files, you can usually adjust shadows and highlights by changing the opacity of certain layers, depending on your uploaded design.
However, PNG files used in Canva are not editable, due to Canva’s limited layer functionality. Customization is only possible in software like Photoshop or Photopea (Free Software).
Yes! You can use them to present your designs in listings, marketing, and promotions.
Licensing & Permissions
Yes. All mockups come with a commercial license, allowing use in your own marketing, product displays, and design presentations.
No. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the original mockup files is strictly prohibited.
You may use them to present client designs, but the client should not receive the mockup file itself.
Orders & Troubleshooting
First, check your email (including spam). If it's not there, log into your account or contact us directly, and we’ll make sure you get your files.
Make sure you’re using a standard ZIP extractor (like WinRAR, 7-Zip, or macOS’s built-in tool). Try re-downloading the file if it’s corrupted.
Due to the nature of digital products, we don’t offer refunds. But if you’re having issues, we’ll work with you to resolve them.
Yes! If you created an account or purchased through a platform like BoostMockups, your downloads are stored in your purchase history.
