Step 1: Open Your PSD Mockup Generator

  1. Click “File → Open” or “Open From Computer”

  2. Upload the PSD mockup you downloaded from BoostMockups

  3. Photopea will load the mockup with all its layers — just like Photoshop.
    It’s basically magic.

Step 2: Locate the Smart Object Layer

  1. In the Layers panel (on the right side),
    look for a layer labeled something like “double click” or Smart Object.

  2. Double-click the Smart Object thumbnail icon
    (it usually looks like a small white square with a folded corner).

💡 This will open a new tab with the editable design space.

Step 3: Add Your Design

  1. Once the smart object opens in a new tab, drag and drop your phone case design (PNG) onto the canvas

  2. Resize and center it as needed

  3. When you’re happy with the placement, click File → Save (Smart Object)

  4. Or press Ctrl+S (Cmd+S on Mac)

Step 4: Save Your Final Mockup

  1. Go back to the original mockup tab — you’ll see your design beautifully placed on the phone case

  2. Click File → Export As → PNG or JPG

  3. Download your final product image — ready for Etsy, your website, or social media
